I went in with neck pain that I have had off and on for years. Figured with my neglect of it that I was in store for a long rehab process. Stephan did a thorough exam, took into account my daily activities and future wants/goals. His approach to care is great in that he targets the source, not just symptoms. I have not been able to tilt my head back in years without pain. Just one visit so far with him and my range of motion in my neck far exceeded what it’s been. He gave me advice and home exercises to do in order to live a painful free life. I recommend everyone to see him!

Doc Brock is the man… I came in for an evaluation on my shoulder and bicep… Doc Brock thoroughly walked me through everything he was doing and was very good at explaining what he was seeing and how to address any issues… After an ultrasound showing my shoulder looked to be in great shape he suggested some dry needling for my bicep tenderness… The dry needling went great and I am looking forward to getting back into the gym ASAP!!! Doc Brock is amazing. He truly is caring and passionate about his clients. He is always available and engaging. Post 2nd knee surgery he really helped me understand the healing process. Saw Brock after 5 months of PT for my tennis elbow wasn’t getting me any results. Before going in for my first session with him, I couldn’t even get my 33oz timber out of my cup holder in my truck with the affected arm. After soft tissue manipulation, dry needling, and some PT style exercises, I felt insane relief for the first time in over 5 months. I came back and saw him for probably 5 dry needling sessions and after that I was able to stop PT and get back to work. Guy is a magician when it comes to the body and I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to see if your issues are in his wheelhouse and seeing him ASAP. 10/10
