First, waited over and hour and a half to be seen. I tried to be reasonable and thought because I may be a walk in, the three patients who came after me and were let in before could explain that. I have no complaints with Dr. Wahid, he was nice and caring. However, the nurse who saw me in is reason enough to never come back. When asking me about my condition, she was irritated when I went into the history and talked over me and repeated her question. Again, I tried to think that she may be having a bad day and wanted the short answer only. However, when she came in to give me my shots, I was holding my clothes away and she literally yelled at me to move my hand, which, mind you was just above where the shot went. AVOID!!! Awful experience all around. 1) Always had to wait over an hour to be seen. Then doctor spends 3 minutes with you, literally. 2) Prescribed a 10-day dose of Levaquin for a stuffy nose and a cough and 4 other medications. Which I know is massive overkill, like using a nuke instead of ant spray 3) Forget calling them. They never answer. And their mailbox is always full. Better hope you dont have anything serious going on. 4)The final straw was when I came in for a doctor recommended follow up (which he said was free) and to talk about a side-effect, and they insisted on charging me the full cost of a visit, anyway. Given point 1 and 3, I refuse. I dont care if it was doctor or front desk screw up. Overall the service has been atrocious and I'm this close to making a compla

DO NOT GO HERE!! Four months ago I was hit with elevated A1C and was prescribed meds. I recently went back for a refill & recheck but my insurance required prior authorization to cover the meds which would've been over $1200 out of pocket. The office filled out the form wrong. I began calling every day, trying to get through and they either put me on indefinite holds, never answered, or they would hang up on me. After 12 days of this, I spent $650 for one of the meds that I needed, but had to get Caremark to call to have them fill out the PA properly so I could get reimbursed. The front desk staff and others are rude, completely not focused on patient care or follow up. Now it's about reimbursement and I'm having the same problems again. The office did not send the lab reports to Caremark

This review is for Dr Wahid. I haven’t seen Dr. Bailey. Dr Wahid is a wise, kind, and friendly doctor. We have been seeing him for urgent care since 2019. He knows my kids and what works for them. He has been a great help to us. FYI - Dr Wahid is not usually there on weekends. A nurse practitioner takes his place.

Have had good experiences here in the past, however, tried to be seen for severe dehydration after 10+hrs of vomiting due to the flu and was turned away "because I'd already tested positive for the flu". This is an urgent care. I am pregnant, was severely dehydrated, and desperately needed fluids. The fact that they turned me away was ridiculous. Thankfully the urgent care across the street (Vaughn urgent care) was willing to actually live up to the name of urgent care and got me taken care of!
