I have extreme claustrophobia. The staff was very attentive to all of my needs and concerns. The ladies that did the MRI made sure I was comfortable, showed me the machine, provided me with a mask, and kept me abreast to the remaining time. They assured me that they would remove me from the machine in 10 seconds or less should I have an episode. I had zero issues, and I can attribute their professionalism, compassion, and empathy to my successful completion of my procedure.

I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. I was taken back at my appointment time. Because you can't take anything into the room with the MRI, they have a room to place your belongings and give you a key. I never felt rushed and appreciated them answering all of my questions.

Completely satisfied. Check in was efficient, with a very pleasant staff. Their scheduling was such that there was a minimal waiting between procedures, and I was discharged within a reasonable time. I felt very comfortable with the knowledgeable staff and their wonderful bedside manners. They asked questions and listened. The facility was clean and well appointed and would certainly return to, as well as recommend Southern Imaging Specialist.

I worked in the medical field as a radiation therapist for 32 years my expectation of how patients should be treated. Is very high The moment I walked into the facility, the Receptionist greeted me with a smile. She was very professional and courteous. We even chitchatted for a moment and also the technologies that did my exam was also Very friendly, courteous and professional they made sure that they explained everything to me And made sure I was comfortable doing my exam. The entire staff here at SIS met and even exceeded my expectation. Keep up the good work God bless.

Facility was nice and clean. The staff interaction was pleasant. The technician I had was concerned on how I got my injury as well as how I was feeling at the time of my mri. Overall I would recommend using Southern Imaging Specialist. I really found the entire process having great communication and a cozy small town clinic vibe.
