Great medical staff. Quick, Friendly and very professional Urgent care. Great hours and great location. Actually, this location is better the VAMC ER in Martinsburg, West Virginia and the VAMC in Washington, DC. I recommend to all Veteran in the local area to visit "Your Doc's is In" if you need urgent care services. .. ..............

Fell down 1 week before my visit. It was an outstretched arm wrist injury. I wanted to rule out that it may have been fractured because I was still in a considerable amount of pain even after 1 week. They did an X-ray right there on sight and ruled out a break and that it was a severe sprain. They gave me a brace and I was on my way. I was treated very considerately and kindly. Also I really liked the check in process! It was all done on a kiosk and my phone at my own pace! I’ve never experienced that process anywhere else and I truly loved it! Your place is my go to for an emergency and I’ve already recommended it to others!

Great to have a place that's open off hours & days when PCP can't get you in. Medical staff has all been competent, caring & listens to concerns. I've been there for myself plus taken a friend. For sickness & injuries it's been great & is now linked w Tidal Health. Ur Docs In is an important step in keeping hospital ER waiting rooms for Hospital emergencies. The N Salisbury location is the one I've visited most.

I had a really bad fall, twisted my ankle badly and really messed up my leg. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint that I had was trying to hobble up to the kiosk and stand there in extreme pain to put my information in and then hobble back to chair, other than that, the staff was extremely friendly. The nurse that cleaned up all the blood off my leg was very kind and reassuring. I was able to get in very quickly and they took very good care of me. The doctor was very nice and seemed to have genuine concern for my obviously painful wounds. Altogether, I would say it was a good experience.

I was bit by something in the garden. It was swelling way past 4". I went in there and the doctor actually said he thought it was shingles, even thought I told what happened. I explained what happened, later he said "if what you say is true". Then had the audacity to ask if I had any other questions. I wondered why this place was empty. Now I know It has gone straight down hill after Tidal took over..even their records are a mess.as with the other corps taking over healthcare, the bottom line is all that matters. I.guess they get the cheapest doctors. And are not concerned if you get adequate care.
