My daughter was super nervous getting her first set of braces on.. Ashley was fabulous!! Made my daughter feel comfortable, had fun with the whole process and made sure my daughter was ok every step of the way! Dr. Crouse was amazing too while putting the brackets on her. He was positive with my daughter also made sure she was comfortable and calm.

At first, I was a little hesitant about the whole process, but once I got there, I was greeted as soon as i walked in . I went there with my son and he loved the atmosphere and the turtles display. The atmosphere was very earthy and calming. I was quickly called, I was taken back by Tami She made the entire process so pleasurable, easy and informative. As I was getting an x-ray, she allowed my son to see through the tiny window. I thought that was so sweet. Everyone was really friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband (Invisalign care) & two sons (closely monitored, into braces) have each received quality care. Dr Crouse and Ashley worked together so smoothly, applying my son’s braces while answering each and every question he had. Absolutely hands down the best customer service. You are greeted by Holly with big smiles and a friendly voice as soon as you open the door. All of my concerns were met with grace and explained perfectly. Dr Crouse is intelligent and funny! He isn’t afraid to give you facts. Their cutting edge technology for photos and imaging is top tier! And Tami was extremely helpful to walk you through the steps and explaining options!! Highly recommend them and the ladies in the office!!! So happy to start my teeth journey with them!

There was a mix-up with my daughter’s appointment time to get her braces on. We weren’t aware of the correct time, and I called about 30 minutes after the original appointment. The staff was so kind and told us to come in anyway, which made my daughter really happy, she thought she wasn’t going to get her braces that day! Despite the mixup, they were very accommodating, and we really appreciated their understanding. Now my daughter is excited to begin her braces journey!
