I went to there ocean city Maryland office. Had to get assistance dot . They do a great job until I requested a copy of my long form . They absolutely refused to give it to me. My new company needs it to hire me. Been on the phone for 2 days still haven't received it.now they don't even answer there phone or return my calls. Will never deal with docs in again. I use to send alot of dots to them. Will never recommend them again. Thanks for not giving me my dot paperwork. You suck. Pissed customer

I visited Your Doc's In during a conference after injuring my foot and searching for the best-rated urgent care nearby—and wow, the ratings were spot on! I arrived right when they opened and was warmly welcomed by Melody at check-in, who immediately made the experience feel comforting and personal. Shortly after, I was seen by Jen who was also incredibly kind and personable, and made me feel as though I was family. The whole team made a stressful moment feel manageable and even uplifting. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Everyone from the front desk, to the medical assistant, provider, and checkout were so kind and friendly. There was a wait, but they were transparent about it which I appreciated. Once I was in a room the wait was very short. I will definitely return here.

BEWARE!!! Went to West Ocean City location back in June for sinus infection. Waited two hours to be seen for 15 minutes. After checking my blood pressure & temperature I left with two prescriptions. I also was given two Tylenol for my temperature. I was thankful for being seen until I received my invoice ….$416 😳😳😳 called the office for breakdown of $416 but received none. I have called multiple times & multiple phone numbers given to me by employees. I stopped in this location & spoke with front desk employee. Every time the employees stated I was definitely overcharged which needs to be corrected. I was told walk-in fee is $260. They also stated the third party billing company is known for overcharging. This place does not even deserve a one star. They are a medical facility and they claim to help other people, but in reality they’re lying!!!! My husband went there just yesterday because he had a tooth infection and the infection is beyond bad and he can feel it all in his neck and his ear and his face, my husband has top dentures and his bottom teeth are completely destroyed and he has one left and he needed a painkiller and now he has been up for 24 seven for the last two days and I am beyond pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never see FAITH LAUER!!!!!!! She is the biggest crock of a doctor I have ever seen in my life, she doesn’t even deserve this title, what a terrible person, if you see her and you’re in dire pain, don’t expect her to help you cause she didn’t!!
