I had the pleasure of working with Gian for over 12 weeks at physical therapy. I had a lower back injury and could no longer do squats or any leg workouts. Gian worked with me on getting stronger and strengthening my core. She gave me exercises to do at home and would also track my progress each week. I have seen Young Star Physical Therapy for 3 separate issues - Achilles, ankle and wrist. Each time she was very thorough in diagnosing the pain point and she will patiently explain your course of treatment for you. I was amazed how effective the pain reduction was during the course of the treatment. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I was a little nervous finding a PT for my daughter — she’s a competitive volleyball player and the shoulder and upper back issues she was dealing with were really starting to affect her game. A friend recommended Gian and I’m so glad we went. She was incredibly thorough and clearly knew what she was looking at. What I appreciated most was how she talked to my daughter directly — not just to me — and made sure she actually understood what was going on with her body and why each exercise mattered. Six weeks later she’s back on the court and feeling better than she has in a while. The at-home program Gian put together was realistic for a teenager’s schedule and my daughter actually stuck with it, which says a lot. We’ll absolutely be back if we ever need her again.
