Yorktowne Dental Family Practice

Do not recommend. Called months ago to schedule as a new patient and everything was fine. I verified at the time they accepted my insurance. They waited until the day before to tell me they had an issue verifying insurance. Sent emails as if they were text messages, not even signing who was writing them. After multiple calls, including having my insurance call them, all of a sudden they no longer participate with the plan, eventhough insurance documents a contract with them. Email correspondence extremely unprofessional. You should address your clients by name and sign your emails. Horrendous experience. Handled very very unprofessionally by front office staff. Why wait months until the day before saying you have a problem, when you had my information for months. Absolutely disgusted with

Dr. Sorbello and Trish were amazing! I was so nervous coming in with all of my issues but they instantly put me at ease. They worked together extremely well. And when issues arose during my extraction they took care of it right then and there without having to reschedule! Everyone in this practice has been amazing. I was able to get an appointment very fast. Even the professionals answering the phones were at a much higher level than most practices. Highly recommend these awesome ladies and everyone else there. If you are having issues finding a solid practice, go here!!

Only had two appointments with them so far for a cleaning and a filling. I wasn't too impressed with the bedside manner of the first dr I saw for my initial intake and cleaning. But they paired me up with Dr. Bluestone for my filing and he did a great job. Pleasant, efficient, and didn't keep me waiting forever. Didn't overnumb me that I was easily able to drink and eat shortly after. Gave me his thoughts on the tooth and further treatment on it down the road, as it was one that took a major trauma several years ago. The hygienists, assistants and office staff have all been wonderful. Glad to have found this practice.
