I love Devan and Angie! From the moment you walk in the door you instantly feel you're in good hands! I love the Yin Yoga sessions and the classes, Angie doesnt just fluff over what you're doing but explains variations and feelings you should be having through the session. She is so sweet, and extremely knowledgeable! Deep tissue massage and somatic work with Devan has been life changing. She's intuitive and knows how to read your body and has a deep understanding in each service she offers. I send everyone straight to these ladies! Its an amazing place to be!

I've been seeing massage therapist Mary Wine for several months now and she's absolutely amazing! I've been getting massage consistently for chronic pain for over 8 years and she's the best. Very intuitive and detail oriented. She knows where my trouble spots are just by feeling and impresses me every time I have a session with her. I've also attended a couple somatic and nervous system regulation classes here, and they were great, too. Kathrin with BalanSense-Therapy, LLC conducted the nervous system regulation class and it was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful massage today with Allison! She was very thorough and great at what she does! I’ve had many injuries from military and sports, and she took the time to ask and talk them through to make sure I didn’t have any issues. 10/10 recommend!

Hands down the best massage I have ever gotten! I also love the classes they offer (I did the couples massage workshop) The whole team is amazing over at the center! Great space, knowledgeable staff, wonderful vibes! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Had a massage with Sade and it was super relaxing. She helped massage out the tension on my shoulders and I feel so much better. Beautiful and relaxing space as well. I will definitely be back!
