Yorkshire Pharmacy

I did not even get a script filled here AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! I spoke with a young lady named Shefali, I had to ask her a question if they would have a certain medication. She was able to tell me that the medication was currently on back order and there was no date of when they would have it, but it could be any day. That’s far more information than the pharmacy where I had my original script filled even gave me. This Is the exact reason I love smaller pharmacies because of their professional and courteous customer service. And I felt this young lady portrayed all that. It’s nice to say something positive about a pharmacy/employee and I look forward to using this pharmacy in the future.

I recently had an excellent experience at our local pharmacy. The owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing prompt and friendly service. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I felt confident about my medications. The store is well-organized with a wide range of products, and the convenience of quick prescription fills makes it my go-to pharmacy. I appreciate their dedication to customer care and would highly recommend this pharmacy to others. Five stars without a doubt!

Great service !! I was looking for a specific brand of medicine after my New insurance didn’t use express script. But I wasn’t asking the right questions. The owner resolved me issue and found what I was looking for. I Highly recommend Yorkshire.

Great Pharmacy with more than just medicine. My son loved playing with the train tracks they have set up to the side when you walk in. My entire time being a customer there I’ve only dealt with to people who work there a nice man who is curious and helpful. And a young lady who is very nice and brightens up my day when I walk in and she says hello with a smile. I’ll stay a customer here as long as I can. You actually feel like a person and you deal with people who treat you that way. Unlike the big pharmacies where you are barely a face your pretty much just a number. I’d tell everyone I know about Yorkshire but then the lines would be out the door. I’m thankful there are still places like this . We lost a lot of them in the past few years.
