I visited this office yesterday and had an excellent experience. The staff was welcoming and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my appointment. The doctor was particularly attentive, taking time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. They patiently addressed all of my questions, ensuring I felt fully informed before leaving. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Jodi Rokuson. She is personal, truly listens to my questions, and always provides clear and thoughtful explanations. I feel well cared for at every appointment. I also want to mention Ms. Maura who handles the front desk—she is consistently friendly, organized, and keeps my appointments and insurance information in perfect order. I genuinely enjoy every visit with them and highly recommend their office.

This place is top notch. My experience was amazing from beginning to end. Maura at reception was lovely and explained everything to me and worked with all my schedule changes. My doctor was patient and took her time and thorough. She listened and explained the process.

I had a very rewarding visit with Dr. Jodi today. She tested my hearing again. I learned some more about how to properly charge my hearing aids and how to keep my phone calls from switching from the phone to the hearing aids when they’re in the charging case. Dr. Jodi also cleared my ears of waxy buildup.

We took my sr citizen mother to get her hearing aids from here. There was a mixup about her approval. The staff went above and beyond to help my mother obtain her approval for her hearing aid! Amazing customer service!!
