York Wellness Pharmacy

EDIT: I raised it by one star because they were very good about getting my medication delivered to me even though I was quite far away. They earned it :) Not a bad pharmacy but there are others that I prefer over this one. One can't go wrong with CVS or Walgreens. Even most Weis and Giant Pharmacies are decent. What I like most about CVS, Walgreens, etc. is that they typically have harder to find medications that most other pharmacies have to order. This isn't always the case, but is most of the times in my experiences :) This York Wellness Pharmacy was super busy and packed, unorganized and always needed me to tell them everything that I was having them fill etc. when most pharmacies know this information as soon as they pull your account up. idk I really don't see the point in h

I would love to give this pharmacy a better review but I can not solely due to the staff . They have an awful attitude and rush you off the phone . They are always just very annoyed as if they hate there job never greet you at the window will leave you standing there with no acknowledgement before anyone care to ask if you need anything. You know it’s bad when you consider just getting meds transferred to Walmart! Work on customer service and reviews may change ..

I’ve always came here to get my prescriptions filled , never have any issues and the ladies working the counters are very polite . The pharmacy also provides beverages such as water and can sodas and Arizona ice tea for $1-1.50. This place has a scratch off machine and also a snack section for your convenience. This pharmacy also delivers your meds to your house . I would had giving it 5 stars but as I was reviewing my name was called and the person giving me my prescription and telling me to sign seem to had been in a bad mood and she wasn’t very personable , very straight faced and a tone hidden behind an attitude . Hey I guess there can’t always be a blue sky can’t it? lol

I have been a customer for years. Jackie is kind, efficient, professional and an asset to York Wellness pharmacy'. Jay the owner is the BEST!! He will make sure that customers are satisfied! Lux is a pharmacist that will try and accommodate customers to the best of her capabilities. Overall the staff is blessed to be a part of their team. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.

I have to constantly call to get my meds and they constantly tell you that they will deliver it and then they constantly put you on hold for no reason. Also be aware that they transfer your meds to another pharmacy without nobodies consent and then lie about that they don't have a certain medication and they had it on hold the whole time. I recommend don't go with this pharmacy if you don't want to hassle with your medicine. Because they send it elsewhere and there not suppose to do that. Please if anyone have this pharmacy just be careful on who you choose and hopefully they don't do the same thing like they did with me and a neighbor. Especially when it comes to identity theft.
