York South Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

My dad has only been there for 3 days. He had a hip replacement and is there for rehab. When he got there, he was grouchy and not in great spirits. The hospital transported him at 7pm in the cold and it was a lot of work for him. I got there the next morning and he started to complain about the bed and how the staff wanted to get him washed up. I asked the nurses if there was anything they could do to make him more comfortable. ALL OF THE NURSES AND STAFF WERE SO NICE! They offered to adjust the bed firmness, even swap out his bed if needed. Didn’t force him to take Tylenol that he refused because he was afraid it would upset his stomach. Just very patient and kind. Called my dad today and asked him how things are going. He said he hasn’t had a meal he didn’t like, his bed is much better a

Will, Trevor, Lindsey, Linda, Cheyenne, Kari, Elli, literally everyone in therapy and nursing were so kind and made me feel appreciated and looked after me. Everyone made me feel so respected and changed me around 100%.all the information that I received I will continue to use at home! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone in need.

Everyone has been so kind. They have made this process so easy for us. They seem to go above and beyond to make their patients as comfortable as possible. They have answered all our questions and made it as easy as possible to get through this trying time

Everyone has been so nice and great with patients… highly recommend dealing with a man named Wayne, he was friendly and helpful. First evening there he was instructing a lady to change the bed that my father was going to be in. He told me and anyone else around the patients need to be treated as if it was their parents. I just found him wonderful since. Most of the staff have been great. Highly recommend this place. They are very open with touring which I had done before my dad went there.

The people at York South have really put my wife's interest into their hands I admit I was skeptical at first but they proved themselves to be great the nursing staff always do their part to be sure she gets what she needs the admissions Director Lu is amazing I know you all have gotten some really bad reviews in the past I looked at them but with the team effort you have shown my wife those reviews won't be given on the negative side of things
