They got me in the next day after my appointment with my general dentist. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, including the front office staff, the endodontic assistant and the endodontist, Dr. Kertes. They frequently made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on. They made having a root canal a piece of cake! I would recommend anyone needing an endodontic evaluation/treatment to see Dr. Kertes and his staff at the West York office, by the fairgrounds.Thanks for providing wonderful care!

excellent staff, reasonable prices. They fit me in for an emergency root canal on the spot and it was one of the best experiences I have had as far as dental work. I drove down from Harrisburg and it was well worth the drive.

The staff are very welcoming and willing to explain the procedures. Dr. Kertes checked on me throughout the root canal to make sure I was ok. There was no pain and it was a quick and easy procedure as a patient. They printed out clear instructions following the root canal for what to do for pain management, eating, drinking, warning signs and when to follow up with your regular dentist. I met Clementine, Dr. Kertes’ dog at my initial evaluation and she is a wonderful greeter and a sweetheart!

TOP NOTCH! The staff was nothing short of patient, friendly & efficient! My root canal procedure was done in 20mins and the BEST PART was the entire process was pain free; Front desk was thorough, kind & informative! They made sure I knew what I was paying for & gave me all the necessary information I needed! Is it weird to say I’m looking forward to getting my second one done? HIGHLY recommend this practice!
