This place has mixed reviews but has always done right by me and if they make a mistake or something is wrong they have always been very quick to fix it. The Dr is kind but quick to get to the point and wants to get you on your way. I love the staff they treat you very kindly I always come back here.

I’ve been going to Dr Lam for approx 1year now and so far it’s going well. The wait time is no longer than 15 minutes and that’s about normal for any Dental or Doctor office. So as long as everything keeps going smoothly then I’ll be happy. I also like that they work with me so much if I’m sick or have my migraines they let me reschedule with no problems at all. I went in cause I had a tooth broke on me and at my last visit he pulled all my front teeth out and sent me home with no kinda pain medicine and it's been 4 days, I can't eat or talk and I'm all messed up now and don't know what I'm going to do. They really messed me up good. I'm in so much pain. And there wasn't nothing wrong with my front teeth at all

I have been going here for years, and patient care has dwindled...had x-rays a week ago, make an appointment for a week later needing an extraction, went to appt. at 4:15, waited in lobby for 1.5 hours, finally made it back there and my dentist took another x-ray confirming the extraction....said there wasn't time to do it as there were a lot of walk-in emergencies...what about emergencies that had appointments...He sent me home knowing I was going to be in such pain and no available appointment for over two weeks...Next day the pain starts (on a weekend of course). Going to switch dentist, this place does not care for patients like they used to.

Incompetent and unprofessional staff. I took my 81 year old father here to get a new pair of dentures. He’s been wearing the same pair for over 10 years. Some of the teeth are broken. When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour for our appointment because the dentist was running late and had not made it to the office yet. No one called in advance to give us a heads up or to reschedule. My father can’t sit for long periods of time. Regardless, we waited. Once the dentist arrived, he was incredibly rude to us. He didn’t introduce himself or apologize for the hour and a half wait. He took once glance at my father’s dentures and said he didn’t need a new pair. And left the room in less than 5 minutes. I was in disbelief and had to argue with the staff for them to even submit a request to his
