My experience today was amazing. I have such bad dental anxiety and Dr. Diwan was absolutely amazing as well as other staff members. I had some pretty bad cavities and they all treated me so well and were SO kind to me. I’ve been to dentists where I’m in a lot of pain but that was NOT this experience whatsoever. I was listened to, advocated for, and left so happy ! I have my smile back! Thank you 🩷

Great office experience. I was given a pre appointment link and filled out all demographics and insurance prior to the visit. Text appointment reminder sent. What struck me was the office culture. Friendly and patient. Dr Diwan took a few minutes to introduce himself and get to know me. He was patient and kind with his staff. I was the last patient of the week and felt like he gave me equal attention as if it was Monday morning. Even more impressive was the fact when a staff person needed feedback on entering data into the computer he was relaxed and gentle with his directions. No real downside. Standard dental practice as you would expect. The office staff was pleasant but the team dynamic was beyond professional, more family like in its feeling.

I have to say Smiles 4U Dental has the best staff and the new dentist is so kind and friendly. He listens to you and lets you make your own decisions on your care. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and kind words. Rosy is the best hygienist around. You can tell they all enjoy working there.

Dr. Diwan’s office is FANTASTIC. I am so unbelievably happy to have found him and his team! I went to a few other local dentists that took my insurance and had horrible experiences. I then came to Dr. Diwan for a second opinion on a recommended procedure by one of the other offices, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! He listened to my concerns, explained ALL of my options in a way that made sense, and worked with me on finding a solution for me that I was comfortable with. He was kind, empathetic, and truly seemed to want to help me. Not to mention, when I called to try to get an appointment, the woman who helped me was amazing as well! She was able to get me in as a new patient the following day due to a cancellation, and everyone in the office seemed so warm and welcoming! I

This was by far the best dental visit. It was clean.The staff was professional and the Doctor is fantastic.Very good bedside manners
