A really great experience for an ER/Urgent Care, was able to do blood work and CAT scans on a Sunday when the only other alternative was a large hospitals crowded ER department. Was attended to immediately, treated with respect, and the parking was a breeze compared to a traditional large hospital. If you’re in need of emergency care, that’s not immediately life threatening, this is the place I would go first!

I've had some decent experiences at this emergency room over the years and some very bad ones indeed. I had an experience lately where I went after I splashed some vinegar in my eye and googling it I discovered that it can actually cause eye damage which I wasn't aware of and I saw this on multiple medical websites and not just the AI version either. And I didn't want to take any chances. Not having a primary care doctor I went to this emergency room since it's nearby. Again, after what I googled I didn't want to take any chances because after all it's my vision. If my googling had revealed that it was no big deal it would have been a different story. It's not like I go to emergency rooms just as a hobby.. Anyway....the male registrar, who finally came out to his station after at least 10

I brought a family member to this facility on 12/26/25 , while checking in we were told there was a 1- 2 hour wait , vitals were quickly taken and after waiting over 2 hours our name was finally called , we were brought to one of the exam rooms and waited to be seen by a doctor , another 2 hours passed and no doctor ever came in , we stopped one of the nurses passing by and she had no idea how much longer the wait would be , after waiting over 4 hours plus traveling back and forth we decided to leave before a pending snowstorm was to start ,, Horrible place , I understand these places see busy but why tell people there’s a one to two hour wait when it’s actually over a 4 hour wait

To the nurse who said people don’t need to come to the hospital or doctors for hives, I hope your patients get the right empathy. Sincerely, someone going on week 8 of severe hives now being tested for autoimmune diseases. I had to mentally prepare for each appt I had after telling myself im not crazy and it’s not a simple allergic reaction without anaphylaxis.

Bedside manner for Dr. Khosravi and Rich were exceptional. The two ladies at the front desk were also personable, attentive, and caring.
