Dr Gray (Sabrina) is a phenomenon. I met her once at a fitness fair type of situation where within minutes relieved me of the sciatica type pain I had been suffering with for weeks. I got off the table pain free after she was quickly and accurately able to diagnose the problem and treat it. But I met her again after I suffered an acute herniated disc a year later. I walked into her office unable to walk more than a few feet without pain, unable to sit, walk, or stand. She again was able to quickly diagnose the extent and direction of my disc and gave me very specific tailored exercises to not only alleviate the pain, but to "get the disc back in". Dr. Gray is an excellent PT. I am a high school runner and she has been instrumental in helping me get into the best shape for my running cross country and track. She has helped me with relieving my hip pain and provided ongoing support beyond my sessions with her. She understands how to support athletes and their goals.

Dr Gray is amazing! I was having some real trouble with my knee and after an xray and a 5 min ortho consult and was told it just needed time. I felt so incredibly down that I had to stay in pain. I was a patient of Sabrina Gray's from Hands On Care Physical Therapy, Guilford CT from September to November 2025 because I had right shoulder tendonitis that conventional physical therapy & recommended exercises were not successful in resolving. The tendonitis had significantly reduced the shoulder's range of motion, overall strength, and was very painful during sleeping.
