YMD Family Medical Care

My experience was not good with Dr Yunas office. I reached out to his office because my father knows Dr. yunas personally. They attended the same place of worship and he cared for my father previously. I have no issue with Dr Yunas but his secretary is very unprofessional and rude. Just as some of the other reviews note, she really is dragging his reputation down. She neglected to schedule my appointment and I had been waiting for over a month. She even sent me the new patient forms. When I called to confirm, she acted like she didn't remember me at all even though she sent me the new patient forms, knew my birthday and we discussed Dr. yunas knowing my dad. Finally they gave me a new appt time which would have been another 2 weeks away and I would now have to take off of work bc the initi

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance only to show up and be told I need to reschedule. Also received a reminder text about 2 hours prior to appointment. Receptionist was rude and once she finally realized that my appointment was an emergency issue she offered to call Dr. Muhammad. Once he was called and I was given the phone he hung up. After all the confusion, schedule conflicts receptionist suggested my to look for a new doctor. No apology or accountability.
