I have been working with YM Dental (Regular and Prestige) for approximately one year, and I continue to be extremely impressed by the consistent, high-quality work they deliver across all aspects of their lab services. One of my most important criteria in a dental lab is open communication and a genuine commitment to going above and beyond for patient care. YM Dental excels in both areas. Lisa has been exceptional to work with—she is consistently prompt, responsive, and professional in handling emails and phone calls. My ceramists, Sean and David, are always readily available to discuss cases, address concerns, and proactively ensure that each case is handled with the highest level of care. I've been working with this lab for over 3 years now. From single unit crowns to challenging anterior single unit implant cases they have been wonderful to work with. They have excellent ceramists in their premium and prestige line. They do the kind of work that you'll be proud to showcase - their work looks like teeth, not crowns. I have done many challenging cases with Siena and they have worked out wonderful. I also work closely with Morty for complex case workflows. Their cases are always on time, easy to schedule pick and and drop off, and great communication. Thank you all for your hard work.

I work at a dental office and we started sending cases to YM lab. They are impossible to reach to request pick up or ask about case status. No one answers the phone and we always have to leave a voicemail. Their customer service sucks. Every front staff I spoke with are extremely rude (especially Rachel) and unhelpful. We had to send 50% of our cases back because they don't fit. We've been using one lab for 4 years now and never had issues with them. We wanted to try YM lab to try out other options but obviously the quality(lab work and customer service) doesn't meet our expectations. Do yourself a favor and find a different lab. I highly recommend H&C Dental Studio.

Great clinic! I worked with Morty, and he helped me match the material and the shade perfectly. They are very thorough and easy to work with.
