I had a really positive experience at my consultation. From the moment I walked in, Tim was personable, warm, and easygoing, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Crutchfield was engaging, curious, and confident, and I felt genuinely supported throughout the visit. I appreciated having space to share my goals as well as some difficult past experiences that had made me apprehensive, and everything was met with care rather than pressure. The thoughtful referral to a periodontist to confirm I’m a good candidate for the plan gave me a lot of reassurance. I left feeling hopeful and confident about the next steps.

Doctor Crutchfield is truly wonderful—kind, patient, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable at every visit. We are so happy with the care and highly recommend this office to any parent looking for an excellent orthodontist.

I was very impressed by how thorough the initial consultation was with Dr. Crutchfield and his friendly staff. They use the latest technology such as CBCT imaging to evaluate everything from your tmj's to your airway to make sure everything is considered that can effect your ortho treatment I didn't think this level of orthodontic treatment existed in my area. In my opinion Dr. Crutchfield is far ahead of the curve.

We had a consultation in preparation to start treatment for my 11 and 8 year old. Both kids had an opportunity to ask a million questions, there were videos and touchable models for them to learn about the steps of the plan. Tim was absolutely great with both kids! My 8-year-old is very excited to get started :)
