I am extremely dissatisfied and concerned with the level of care provided. My brother visited the doctor after returning from an overseas trip, clearly exhibiting symptoms of insomnia, among other concerns. Despite these evident signs and the potential for health issues related to travel and also have had chemo/radiology treatment in the past, the doctor did not prescribe any medication or offer a clear treatment plan. There was a lack of thorough examination or consideration of his travel/oncology treatment history, which is critical in such situations. Went to Dr. Ying Huang’s office ever since I was six years old. When I was around 9 years old I started getting really bad eczema around my arms, shoulders and legs. Dr Huang told me it was normal and I should just put Vaseline on it. Fast forward to when I turned 18 and switched Doctors, I found out that I kept having eczema because of severe allergies that were left untreated! Wish my parents had done their research about her. She only throughly helps Chinese patients only because through the years I noticed she spent extra time helping them and rushing through other patients. That being said, she is not a bad doctor, she is very organized and does a great job of making sure vaccinations are administered at the appropriate age.

This doesnt have so much to do with the practice but moreso my experience last year interviewing for them. I came into the room I assume the doctor interviewed me. She kept on talking about me being Greek though (my last name). She kept on asking me if I was born there, keep in mind im only a quarter on my paternal grandpas side everyone else is american caucasian born here no accent no nothing. I understand curiosity because my last name is a little weird. However, then she kept on asking me if they spoke Spanish in Greece?? She asked like 3 times I said no they speak Greek... Its like this doctor didn't even know a well known country in Europe that everyone knows speaks Greek. We and our kids are very happy with her and the staffs. She has cared for our kids for over a decade. She’s Attentive, practical, and communicative. She’s everything you want a doctor to be.
