Centennial Medical Physical Therapy

This is the best Physical Therapy Center I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of them over the years. Dr. Fernandez is vary knowledgeable, uses varied approaches, keeps the center well run and on time. He also has good staff working there, and takes the time to work with the staff and relates well to patients. This is a place I will return to for physical therapy in the future.

I highly recommend this practice for your PT needs. It made a tremendous difference in a short amount of time. The group has the perfect balance of professionalism in a relaxed environment which helps a great deal when pushing through the exercises. Thank you!!!

I was very satisfied with the physical therapy I received here for an issue with my Achilles. Efrahim, Iram, and the rest of the team were fantastic and really pushed me to be even stronger than I was before the injury. Efrahim also took a holistic approach to ensure that interconnected issues were addressed as well. The office staff here is wonderful as well!

Came in with a severe ankle injury, Efrahim and his team were very helpful with me recovering and getting past this injury. Many forms of exercise were used, and he was constantly paying attention to my case aswell as juggling multiple other cases. Super helpful and willing to address any questions! Efrahim is very knowledgeable and understands physical therapy very well. The staff were also extremely helpful and willing to reschedule, and work out any problems in scheduling. Great physical therapy with a very reasonable and caring therapist. Mr. Efrahim Fernandez provides the best and efficient methods and is willing to work with his patients. I had an achilles tendinopathy injury, and we were able to fix it up in reasonable time. If I got injured again, I would definitely go here again. Thank you sir.
