This place is amazing for kids and exceedingly organized and staffed. My son has been coming here for 9 years since he was a baby and always a great experience. Dentist explains all steps very clearly and everything is done very gently. I never write a recommendation, but with the care we received, I highly recommend them. It is worth the hour commute for us!

My kids had an amazing experience here. The dentist is exceptional and goes above and beyond. The office staff is kind, courteous, accommodating and established good rapport with me and the kiddos. Can’t recommend them enough.

Shockingly unprofessional, dirty, and disorganized I haven't visited this office with my daughter in a long time, and I was appalled by the decline in quality. Upon entering, the professionalism was non-existent; three employees at the front desk were jamming to loud hip-hop music and chatting instead of managing the office. The facility itself was a mess—the floors in the main area clearly needed sweeping, and there was debris strung about on the floor of the exam room. ​The actual appointment was even worse. The TV in the exam room was blaring so loudly we couldn't hear ourselves speak and had to turn it down ourselves. The dentist/hygienist had to work alone for most of the procedure, and the water reservoir for the cleaning machine was empty. He had to stop and ask three times for it

My son 5 years old has been coming to this dentist office for over 3 years .. Dr Chan makes my son feels very comfortable when he’s getting his cleanings and fillings or any other procedures done ..Front staff is very friendly and dental assistants are very friendly also makes my son feel very comfortable when they see that he is nervous they would interact with him. Waiting area, bathroom and rooms are always clean.

UPDATE (no photos) 4 ⭐️ About 6 months later and yay! Cartoons on for the kids, a bit of toys, and my little one was ecstatic about the “teeter totter”. I wasn’t even in the waiting room long enough this day to see if the walls/tables had been cleaned up or take pictures. I was also very distracted with my kids’ excitement over the new additions. There was some life in there this time. Thank you! ORIGINAL (with photos) 3 ⭐️ My kids have come here for their last few appointments-my youngest had a hard time once (first appointment) but I had no issues with how staff handled the tantrum. I’ve had no issue with staff at all and both my kids enjoy their dental visits. I’m sure the tv being on helps that lol. My issue and reason for only giving 3 stars is the waiting area. There is absolutely n
