To say I was terrified of dentists since childhood is nothing. I started visiting Dr Yelena in 2024 and I now can truly say she’s the best. Calm, polite and respectful. I used to get annoyed when you come to the office and get lectured instead of getting help. But I’m so glad I’ve found the right doctor who addresses all of the problems and explains what should be done and what to avoid. Thank you so much 🩷

Few days ago was my first visit at Dr. Ustinina’s office and I can confidently say that I had an amazing experience! Dr Ustinina is a real professional, made me feel really comfortable during procedure. Had no pain at all! Office is clean and nice, no long waiting time, you are seated exactly on your appointment time. Also thanks to Leonid for being super friendly and finding the best possible time for me. Dr. Ustinina has to he one of the most talented, qualified, and caring professionals I have ever met. She is experienced in all facets of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and genuinely cares about the patient. She is honest and considerate when it comes to treatment planning, making the process of dental work a lot more pleasant. This is the only dental office I am comfortable at and confident with treatment, and one I have solely visited for many years now. I haven’t been able to find a good dentist for a while and was recommended Dr. Yelena by a friend. She is by far the best dentist I have ever had. She doesn’t try to push procedures or treatments that I do not need, and takes time to educate me on my teeth and overall oral health.
