Yelena Pinkhasova, OD

Dr. Pinkhasova is really nice and listens carefully to your concerns/observations as a patient and then offers expert advice that's easy to understand, highly recommend her if you need an optometrist. Support staff at GNO are also polite and pleasant to interact with.

Overall, the practice is good. Stuff is nice and accomodating, friendly and kind. However, organization and scheduling appointments where people dont have to wait for an hour after their appointment time is lacking. Thus, why 4 stars. Have to keep that in mind when u schedul your appointment especially on weekends( Sundays) since there was a full waiting room when I have arrived there. As for Dr. Yelena and Dr. Kevin Singh, both are good, knowledgeable professionals, answered all of my questions, and were nice in their demeanor.

Dr. Pinkhasova was great! She really seemed to care. From important things like double vision to trivial things like picking out glasses, she made me feel like I was important and like she had all the time in the world to help me. I never felt so cared for by a doctor!

I had my first visit today. She was awesome. Great staff. I Would Highly Recommend..

The office is curious, clean and efficient. Dr. Pinkhasova is friendly, is well versed and fast.
