The staff I speak to on the phone are very understanding of my situation and my need for my medication in an efficient and timely manner. They are very kind and respectful. The pharmacy even delivers the medication to my Concierge at my apartment building and drops it off with them so I don’t need to run down and get it as soon as they arrive which is at my convenience. They also are in contact with my doctor when there are any issues with the prescriptions and do all the work for me so I don’t have to be the “go-between”. The only one issue was that they don’t carry one of my medications and I need that filled at my local pharmacy. But I understand. Otherwise I would use this pharmacy for all my medications!
