Dr Khrapko is a professional with 'gold hands'. She pays attention to your concerns and gives you honest and best advice. My husband and I have been visiting the office for a few years and we are very happy to find our best dentist. Recently I had veneers. I was really nervous and it took me a while to make a final decision. I am so happy with the result. Doctor and her assistant Yana gave me very personal attention. My veneer looks supernatural. Also, the front desk girls are nice and friendly. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I’ve always liked Dr. Khrapko as a dentist. She’s terrific, but every appointment I’ve had - I’ve waited at least 90 minutes. Today I waited over 2 hours and the staff kept calling people in before me. When I mentioned this to the staff they stated it would probably be a few more minutes & then they called someone else in yet again. Not that it matters, but I only needed a post re-glued in….it would have taken a couple of minutes. When I approached the staff stating I was leaving - they ignored me. It’s a shame a good dentist cannot enact a system that doesn’t have clients waiting this long. I don’t understand why they overbook - if that’s the problem or why they can’t seem to iron out their appointment schedule. I will not be going back. There are many good dentists out there that do not

They left me waiting on the patient chair for over than 45 minutes, I felt dizzy ( the chair was on laying down position) I had to call one of her staff to help me return the chair to the normal position, and when the doctor finally came she finished my teeth cleaning in less than 10 minutes!, she did not even bother to tell me we are finished ! I had to go and ask one of her staff. This was my first and last time going to that doctor, NEVER AGAIN! One more thing, when the blond lady came to take some x-rays of my teeth, she touched the computer mouse with the same gloves that she used to put the plastic thing in my mouth for x-rays!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your really bad unsanitary service

Excellent doctor. She is very careful with clients. Stuff is very good also. Did not wait my appointment too long

Ripoff - They will charge more than what the insurance rate for co-payment - they misleading in facts they send for insurance claims - they clean every time and do xrays where possible to increase their chances of payments- They doctor named is not seeing you - There have sub doctors who are working on their behalf - I asked if the co-pay can be paid later - they said no and it has to be paid immediately while insurance company say we have 30 days to pay the co-payment - In terms of the quality of the work - I been suffering since I left them - Not going back - Poor experience
