Empowerment Physical Therapy

Dr. Lin is extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent cupping sessions for me and my chronic neck / back pain. After a couple of sessions, I felt the improvement and flexibility and, more importantly, the relief. As a former marathon runner, my body had developed chronic back and neck conditions (bulging and herniated discs). I'm also an office worker, so sitting is part of my day, which adds to my issues. Along with the cupping sessions, Dr. Lin incorporated a stretching/strengthening program that has definitely helped me get back to the lifestyle I lived for decades. I highly recommend his services, and the one to one care is second to none. I'm 58, and I feel like I'm in my 30s again 😀

Dr.Lin is true to his profession in addressing my physical needs post surgery. He is courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable to his trade. Our rating is 4.5. My husband had been experiencing low back nerve pain for many years. It would flare up occasionally then disappear for months. Approximately 1 and 1/2 years ago the pain became more frequent and he eventually decided to try having injections. He had two in total but experienced little relief and was advised to try physical therapy. When I first spoke with Dr. Lin, I was encouraged that he wanted to know what activities he could help my husband get back to doing. I was also pleased when my husband had to miss a session that Dr. Lin called to check up on him. He also provided us with a TENS machine which helps to alleviate pain. Dr. Lin is an extremely knowledgeable and supportive physical therapist. He'll work with you to achieve your goals after an injury and reorganize a treatment plan if you feel something is not working for you. He was able to help me after a radial head fracture and got me back into (almost) workout level performance in just a few weeks. If you're self-motivated to recover with a therapist like him, chances are the results will surprise you. I'm personally pleased with the results!

Empowerment physical therapy is very unique, it’s not your average physical therapy office. It is very hands on and you only receive one on one sessions. Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable, and has taught me a lot of mobility treatment to practice at home. He also utilizes very holistic and natural therapeutic techniques such as cupping, muscle rolling, and massaging to loosen muscle tightness. While going through this extensive physical therapy program I have noticed steady improvements with my back and muscle tightness. If you are looking for a more unique and personalized physical therapy program I would highly recommend this office.
