There was a time 10 year ago I waited in her office for 6 hours on a “busy day” they took me at 5pm, it was a fasting appointment. I only go to the doctor when absolutely necessary so I asked for script refills thru the Healow app but when it came time I needed to show up in person for blood tests and a real followup in order to continue meds, the front desk would offer me appointments 6 months out. They also said if I need something more urgently, I should go consult an urgent care. That was the final straw. If you can’t do your job sufficiently it’s time for a career change or retire. This office is a liability to true patients with medical needs.

I used to visit the hospital at 164th Street and Northern Boulevard, and I've been visiting since then. So, it's been over ten years. Two years ago, I switched my primary care physician to a university hospital. The reasons were the rudeness of the desk staff, the sloppy phone calls, the frequent nurse changes, and the absurdity of my primary care physician sometimes ignoring me. Now, my primary care physician at the university hospital is pregnant and unavailable. So, I called Yeahseon Bruinings MD Family Practice PLLC again to make an appointment, but the desk staff said they couldn't accept appointments. The fact that the hospital refused to accept me is clearly illegal. They said they couldn't accept new patients because I hadn't been to the hospital in a while and I was a new patient.

The staff are very friendly and courteous. They send multiple reminder emails and call you to confirm your appointment, which is really helpful for me who sometimes forgets about my calendar engagements. The doctor is super nice and makes me feel like I am being listened to. If they are in your network I would highly recommend this doctor's office.

The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional! I had a concussion and was very disoriented, they picked up on it but instead of ignoring or kindly mentioning it, the staff proceeded to make extremely negative remarks about me while I was in the waiting room thinking I couldn't hear! Also one of the girls in the front didn't understand a "big" word I used and snapped at me, literally, I'm guessing them having to use them brains makes them ill-tempered, do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else!

Been going to doc for 7 years. Never a problem. Doctor is attentive and thorough. She may be typing away while you're talking to her, but it's because she has to document everything. She listens and remembers things (medical and non medical), and asks for updates during any following visits. Front desk staff are friendly and patient as well. They follow up regularly and response to Online Portal messages very promptly. As patients, we have to remember that general practice MDs get paid the least, while needing to know the very wide range of medical information (and for all ages of patients!). Because of it, they may not know very deep information of each disease or condition. But that's why you get referred to a specialist!! It's frustrating at times, since the practice is always so pac
