THANK YOU CHRISTINE! … It means the world for moms like me to count not only on the great pediatricians that this office has, but on the incredible people that help on the billing department, I had an issue with my government insurance and I tried to fix it many many many times by calling the NYstate of health office and nobody cared to help me. I was about to pay charges of around $2,000 out of pocket and -when I was just about to give up- I decided to give a last try calling the pediatrician office billing dept. Christine answered phone and truly looked into my issue so well, that I had several calls throughout the week with updates. After a few days of trying and calling and resolving, I got a

5 stars all the way we’ve been bring our 1 and a half year old daughter and our 1 month old infant here and we always get the best service. Dr. Park and Dr. Sung are both excellent and always go above and beyond. All the nurses, assistants and staff are excellent as well. Our infant just peed all over examining table and JC was kind enough to clean it up for us because our hands were full with both children. I highly recommend these pediatricians to anyone!!!

Every person I’ve talked to have went above and beyond to kindly offer solutions, advice and a seamless process to get care for my newborn. I appreciate each of you so much! The office staff goes above and beyond to give advice, Dr. Park provides the space to ask any and all questions, and even returns calls outside of my appointments to answer concerns that pop up.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Park as my child's pediatrician. My toddler has been under his care since birth. He is caring and listens to all concerns. Additionally, the front desk and nurses are kind and welcoming. I can't recommend Bayside Pediatrics enough.

The friendliest and efficient front desk I have experience. The staff are so nice and efficient, it is very easy to get the form sign and very short wait time and it reduce a much headache from the parents. All the doctors are very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Bayside Pediatrics.
