YDL Dental Laboratory

I broke my bridge about 6 months ago and my dental opractice uses ydl. My wedding was only 5 days away and it was my front teeth. I was so greatful they were able to squeeze me in, and they seven gave me a flower to congratulate me. Very greatful

We used Concert Dental Labs (now YDL) for 3 cosmetic cases, when it was Concert dental labs the warranty for their crowns was 5 years... all 3 cosmetic cases we did with this lab have been a total nightmare. Every single crown they made has shattered within 2 years. When we called to see if there was anything they could do we were informed that now YDL only has a 1 year warranty and they were not going to do anything about it. Not only do they have terrible quality crowns but their customer service is even worse. They were so rude and unprofessional. I would steer clear of this lab.

This lab not only provided crowns that broke in less than a year but provided terrible customer service when we presented them with the problem. The manager was rude to my co-worker. They refused to provide the warranty that they originally offered upon our case submission.

I have been using YDL for decades and think that their work is top notch. You pay for what you get so I don't mind paying a little more then the high production labs.

Fact: Ever since that Mrs. Daniels lady started working here again everything has just gone down hill.
