I had a wonderful experience at Trinity Smiles Family Dentistry in Carrollton for my new patient exam and cleaning. I came in seeking a second opinion regarding the D4346 cleaning code, and I truly appreciated how honest and transparent the office was. Dr. Bui was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. After reviewing my gum health, she explained everything clearly and let me know that I only needed a regular cleaning, which was incredibly reassuring. It felt great to receive a treatment recommendation that was based on my actual needs rather than anything unnecessary. The front desk staff, Tina, was also warm, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Overall, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bui and her staff. Everyone is so nice and non-judgement and they don’t try to upsell gimmicks or things I dont need. This will be my regular dentist as long as she will see me. 5 stars!!!

I got a tooth pulled a few weeks ago here. The doctor was very kind, worked with me and helped alleviate my concerns. The procedure was quick and not too painful and I had no complications healing. I'd definitely recommend!
