Rarely post reviews but this one had to be done. When I first started going to this office years back the office staff was warm and friendly or atleast neutral. The office staff in the past 2 years have been a drag to deal with. If I wanted cold customer service I would rather deal with a robot. The phone ivr system is annoying as heck, having to repeat dialing 3 to stay on the line to speak with someone. Why? I’ve already indicated that I need to speak to the front desk so no need to reinforce leaving a message. Speaking to the front desk is a headache because they never answer the phone timely. I work during their business hours so I almost never get through without having to hang up for work. Appointments are usually being scheduled 1 1/2 months ahead time. Really? That’s ridiculous…

Steer Clear Until Communication Improves If you value your time and clear communication, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. My recent experience at Dr. Yaniv Berger's office was frustrating, to say the least. Scheduling an appointment was an ordeal. After numerous calls and messages left on the portal, I never received a clear confirmation. When I finally reached someone, they explained communication failed to go out regarding confirmation of out of pocket expenses therefore the virtual appointment would have to be rescheduled. The message portal seems like a great idea, but it feels pointless if messages go unanswered. My inquiries about out-of-pocket costs were left hanging, leading to a surprise bill. Dr Berger is incredible. He takes time to listen, to respond, and never rushes you through to the next patient. Hes brilliant while still having the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. He responds to messages through his portal which I have never experienced with any other dr. I have been going through a mysterious ailment for a long time now and he has been with me every step of the way with a smile on his face even when I feel completely downtrodden. He is hands down the best GP I have ever had. I cannot recommend Dr Berger and his team enough. I am forever grateful to him and will be with him for as long as he will have me.

Dr Berger is an excellent Dr. I am so impressed with his understanding and care. You wont find a more genuine caring physician in Baltimore. *The office can get busy at times (because of his reputation). It's important to show up a bit early. My own sister was late to the appointment and missed Dr Berger. That's not a reason to leave negative feedback.

They give you no grace period at all! I had an appointment for 10:20am and I was stuck in traffic due to an accident (not to mention it was raining too) I got to the office at 10:20 go up the elevator and during that I’m on the elevator the lady inside marked me as no show. I go to the receptionist and she said 4 minutes late and they have no grace period so I have to reschedule which is ridiculous! Everytime I go to the doctor I’m never seen on time. Instead I have to wait 10,20,30 minutes before I’m seen but I come in 4 minutes late and I can’t be seen? That’s ridiculous and need to change
