The relief that I've felt since seeing Heather for acupuncture treatments has been life-changing. From the beginning, I was very impressed with Heather. The first visit for acupuncture involves a very thorough review of your health history. When she is reviewing the health questionnaire that you submitted, you can tell that she is listening to every word you say. She is honest and straightforward when it comes to setting your expectations. She is professional and very compassionate. The atmosphere in the office is peaceful and everything is clean. I think my massage with Sabrina was the best I’ve ever had. As a plus size woman, I get self conscious about everything from the sturdiness of the table, to the temperature of the room, and especially my body. Waypoint and Sabrina were great and I could actually enjoy my massage without an inner monologue of negative thoughts. The table didn’t squeak and felt super secure and I never once felt judged. Sabrina was so great at communicating and checking in to make sure I understood the plan and that I felt comfortable. It was overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I have gone to Heather for acupuncture for eight years. I've sought treatment for everything from PTSD to vertigo, and most recently impinged nerves in my lower back. Heather is professional, caring, and provides effective treatments for my ailments. When things are not able to be completely healed through acupuncture, she is quick to make sure I follow up with other treatments-- physical therapy or primary care physician. She is more interested in patient wellbeing than the business of her own treatments. For that reason, she is my first consultation whenever anything is going wrong physically. I can't recommend her treatment approach strongly enough. She's the best. And Waypoint accepts my insurance, so I only pay my copay.

Heather is a miracle worker! After almost 2 weeks of limited range of motion in my neck because my muscles were so tight, Heather worked her magic and I left feeling like a brand new person. She was so friendly and the office was easily accessible and sparkling clean. I will 100% be booking with her again!

Heather is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She is kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about both the body and mind. She takes her time to understand your needs and preferences and puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. The massages I’ve received from her are truly the best I have ever experienced (and I’ve had a LOT of massages). She is gifted at finding and relieving tension and pain and I always feel a tremendous sense of calm and relief after a session. Cannot recommend more highly!
