Check in was quick and they weren't busy. Was called in within a couple of minutes. Spoke with a nurse for three minutes and then the doctor for about five minutes. I then sat in the room waiting for next steps for over an hour before I opened the door to ask what was going on. They all looked surprised that I was still in the room and asked me if I had gotten my blood drawn yet. They apologized and stated they forgot about me. Two employees spent twenty minutes trying to get my blood drawn but couldn't find the vein and after poking me twice with needles they informed me to just go to Quest for bloodwork instead. Not a great experience whatsoever and a waste of time.

This was my 1 st visit. It was nice that they were close by. I was lucky there was only one person in the waiting room. It was easy to make an appt. I did have a problem filling out the info on my phone, but was able to finish filling out info on form in the office. My appt was for 3:00, got called in by nurse at 3:30 , seen by Dr 5 mins later. I was please with my visit, would definitely recommend them. Gale M

I made an appointment and they took care of me in a reasonable amount of time. The nurse Jeannie was very friendly and took all my vitals and information. The PA Dave handled the rest with questions and a quick look over. He was very professional and explained what he thought was a best treatment plan. All in all I would go here again if my own DR is not available.

The amount of monies paid by the insurance carrier and the patient's copays should get a longer stay by the dr. We're not coming there to be your friend. We're coming there to get direction and get treated. I do realize that we're just a financial number and you need to move your patients along but when the lobby is empty and there's lots of staff at the desk, the doctor should be able to answer questions instead of having 1 foot out the door. If the matter at hand was properly screened, diagnosed and treated (PROPERLY) the first visit, I would not have had to come back with the same issue only worse. I was greeted with a very pleasant receptionist and waited 5 min. to be called, stats and tests were taken by again very pleasant assistants. Dr. Emily was pleasant and extremely thorough. I was in and out in an hour. The facility was VERY CLEAN and did not have that office, stuffy odor.
