I have been going to the Waterbury location for over seven years. Every time I meet with the team they are warm and welcoming. They reach out often to see how things are going, if I need any supplies, or make an appointment if it’s been awhile. They are the best! So kind and considerate of my needs as a client.

My experience here was terrific. Ronnie was very sweet and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable and was very honest about my treatment. Megan was also great. Highly recommend coming here.

Very thorough and explanation of every step in the sound booth, then again Ronni and Megan explained the process of financing. Even though the company that handled the financial end was down, I was ok with how everything was going, I just said that I'll make another appointment and come back. I was able to trust the women who were running the operation. 💯👍

It is a breathe of fresh air and SUCH a relief to meet doctors and assistants who are super kind and sociable ALL while helping the patient out. This place will always be my go-to and I will definitely recommend to anyone who has anxiety about meeting new doctors and their staff. A++ for my experience here!
