I brought my daughter in because she was feeling deep down chest discomfort. We had an appointment so we had virtually no wait. The receptionist was great—Friendly yet professional. The nurse who checked my daughter in was friendly, knowledgeable, and, like the receptionist, professional. She made daughter feel comfortable. The doctor who saw her was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, kind, and thorough. All in all it was a great visit! Thanks!

One of the best experiences to date! Brought my kids for strep. They fit my other child in so they could test so we didn’t have to come back when she inevitably tested positive the next day. Everyone was so kind and attentive. Then, had some errors with filling the prescription and they were very attentive. Offered to call pharmacy directly. Very impressed!

I brought my daughter here for asthma. Her inhaler wasn’t helping enough. Dr Mark F. was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and compassionate. The wait time was minimal and I was able to make an appointment online. I would definitely recommend Urgent Care in Southbury.

Our PA appropriately identified that my daughter’s paronychia required drainage and antibiotics, and we appreciate that the infection was treated promptly. However, we were concerned about the approach to pain management. The procedure was described as ‘a quick poke’ and we were told numbing was not necessary. Given that my daughter was already unable to tolerate touch due to pain and has a history of needle-related anxiety, we specifically asked about numbing options. Only topical spray was offered, and the drainage required multiple punctures and significant pressure, which was extremely painful and distressing for her. Made my apt the night before online, very clean, check in flawless & quick at location, on time, I was seen within 10 min. Tech was fantastic, PA was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable & listened! I was treated and left w confidence that my treatment plan was well underway! They sent my medications to my Pharmacy which were ready within 30 min! Omg! A great experience 🤩 Thank you!
