Marybeth was exceptionally efficient, professional, and personable as she set up my appointment and took my preliminary info. Dr. Alex's extensive and in-depth knowledge, coupled with her willingness to teach if you are interested in learning, set me up beautifully to welcome the benefits my hearing aids bring me today. If you have any hearing problems at all, you should go see Dr. Alex and Dr. Bakewell. They are the kindest people I know. They are caring, competent and honest professionals. They will have you hearing better in no time and then see to it that you stay that way. Their office staff are friendly and very helpful. Southbury Audiology is top notch. I bring my Mom here, and the level of professionalism is unmatched. The front staff is patient, kind, and always ready to help. Southbury Audiology is both professional and empathetic to its patients' needs.  We have been so pleased working with Dr. Bakewell and her staff.  They are well versed in the technology for cutting-edge hearing aids and equipment.  They also use the technology to keep connected with their patients by using telehealth and remote video conferencing to help with simple fixes.  Dr. Bakewell has been a wealth of information for our son's hearing needs.  She has been extremely helpful in communicating with our son's school district to understand his needs better.   I can not say enough wonderful things about this practice!
