I was having an issue with one of my hearing aids. Called Hearing Aid Specialists and got an appointment the same day with Aida. After checking the hearing aid, Aida retested me and found that my hearing had diminished. She upgraded both hearing aids and resolved the issue. The staff is professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hearing Aid Specialists.
I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. I waiting only a couple of minutes before the hearing specialist, Anne, saw me. I trust her skills and admire her thoroughness. I was happy with the outcome. My new hearing aides are great!
Aida was an excellent technician start to finish. The office is easy to access, clean, with a friendly office staff. All hearing aid options were explained and coats broken down. Would definitely recommend!
Ann my hearing technician was terrific. Professional, knowledgeable with a very calming personality that made more comfortable during my hearing test.
