Seriously what are the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care!!! Rachel was amazing and Bree is a sweetheart. They took amazing care of me and my hand and could not have been nicer. I will definitely be going back. The front office was amazing too. I’ve actually never had such a kind experience at an urgent care so thank you so much, Charity.

It was my first visit. RI had a road ban so I had no choice but to visit your facility in a pinch. What a pleasant experience! I will go out of my way to return. The receptionist, RN and Dr. Rachael were the most outstanding, caring, thorough, professional providers i have ever experienced as a patient anywhere before. I am a patient who is also a Public Health Consultant and I know quality health standards and the staff at this clinic are well above average.

Third walk in in the past few weeks first person I seen who didn’t dismiss me and my symptoms and actually heard me and was concerned with the prolong symptoms was having since beginning of February.. sent me a referral to specialist and get me on heavier meds to hopefully knock out my infection along with some vertigo meds. Only thing I will say the room could had been more clean, it had an order of smell and the trash can was over filled and left open. Besides that great staff and all around good care!

I have only been there twice. The first time was wonderful. I saw Rachel that is a PA or Dr. She was very nice, caring professional. I was there for tick , bite and tested for lyme disease in a series of other tickborne illnesses. My most recent visit was this week.I came in because I've been feeling weak, lightheaded and faint, almost like I was gonna pass out off and on for several days and when I went in , I saw rachel once again. I wanted to have some blood work done to find out if I had low counts on my white blood cell high or anemia or something of that nature. She told me she couldn't do all the blood work there.Even though it's an urgent care clinic , she told me I need to go to the hospital right away to get proper testing so they can get the blood results right away. From I entered the reception area I was warmly greeted, checking in was smooth. The wait was short the nurse/ medical assistant was Very professional friendly and engaging; and Aria(?) put the icing on the cake (visit) again, the epitome of professionalism was displayed with care and kindness.
