Polina is the best GP I’ve ever had. She is thorough, personable, and actually listens. She’s solved, or put me on the road to solving a lot of problems I’ve had for years. Thank you for being so wonderful! It makes going to the doctor so much less scary.

I was in for an annual visit when she brought up a kidney stone I had 4 years ago. She asked when they tested it, what did the results come back as?" I told her that the surgeon didn't test the stone, they just removed it. She looked right at me and said "Well, I don't believe you" and continued charting. Why would someone lie about something like that?! I felt very disrespected.

My PCP is outstanding as I had an ailment for over a week. I made the appointment, she took me in, and she diagnosed the issue within ten (10) minutes of me being there. I am NOW Back on the right track from the Meds she prescribed, and I have been able to get back to "myself" for daily activities. Polina Verbitsky-Havasov, ARPN is not only an outstanding PCP, but she also has empathy for me and is genuinely interested in my interest and daily life. For instance, I gave her my Ministry titles, and she was pleasantly surprised and interested to know what I do! Her expertise, attention to detail, and wonderful personality as a "people's person," makes her IDEAL as my PCP in today’s Doctor/Patient relationships. Thank You, Briggs
