Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Fairfield

I had an amazing experience at this urgent care center! From the moment I walked in, every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The front desk team was efficient and friendly, and the medical staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The facility was clean, organized, and everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. I truly felt like they cared about my health and well-being. It's not often you leave an urgent care visit feeling this good about the experience — thank you to the entire team for your excellent service. Highly recommended!

Everyone was very caring. Doctor was careful and thorough. Walked in with a hook in my finger. It was difficult filling out forms on my phone. I was taken in and examined so they could determine what steps they would take. Everyone was very nice and caring. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs immediate care.

We saw a thorough, kind, nurse practitioner named Mary Alice O’Brien. She was fantastic with my son‘s wound. Explained everything well. Has a great bed side manner too. Being able to make an appointment online was fabulous, and the front desk staff and nurses were also very nice! Great experience.

My visit from start to finish was seamless, and everybody was very helpful and very professional period shout out to Mary Alice over. I am, nurse practitioner for her great care and Nicole. The extra tech was amazing. Also would not hesitate to come back

I injured my knee slipping on ice. Everyone at the Grassmere Walk-in was friendly and super helpful. I only waited 10 min (impressive) & all of the support staff plus the PA were sympathetic, considerate and took care of me even better than seeing my Primary doctor. I highly recommend going to this location. It was my best Walk-In experience ever.
