I've been getting monthly massages with Sheila at Stillpoint Healing Therapies since she came to Fairfield, and I couldn't be happier that I found her! I've been to many massage therapists in several states, and Sheila is the best I've found. She's highly trained, experienced, and intuitive, and I always leave feeling more relaxed and less stressed than when I arrived. Getting a massage now and then is good, but I really recommend regular appointments. When I first started, I counted the days until my next appointment, but now my monthly sessions often creep up on me. They make a huge difference in how I feel both physically and mentally.
