Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Brookfield

From the moment I walked into the office it was very pleasant, from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the facility. The nurse that greeted me was very friendly and attentive. The PA that saw me addressed every question I had going above and beyond. He took the time to go over several uhealth concerns that I was there for and ones that just came to mind during my appointment. He was thorough with his examination. I can definitely say this was the best experience I've ever had in an urgent care. I cannot compliment the PA enough.

Amazing experience, fast and knowledgeable. As soon as you walk in this urgent care you feel like your at home, from the front desk down to the physician. In and out, gave me great advice and referred me to a pulmonology office to further check my symptoms. I've never felt so comfortable in an urgent care before, thank you guys. God Bless! On a side note my NP Jodi Lynn was extremely understanding and super helpful from the minute she walked in the room, compassion and care for patience now a days seem rare! THANK YOU!

This is the best urgent care patient care I have ever experienced. The front desk staff was so awesome and caring and empathetic for everyone coming in that door, both of them total professionals. The doctor and my nurse were fantastic and again personable, professional and empathetic and they really made you feel like they were there to help. (Not all urgent cares give me that vibe I drive out of my town because the one in mine does not) This place is exemplary, do your self a favor book online prior and check and and they will make your treatment flawless. The Brookfield Urgent is my go to Urgent Care. It's always clean and the staff is courteous and professional. I already knew I had the flu diagnosed at this Urgent Care two days before. My only gripe is about your EKG machine. When I came in on New Year's Eve to be checked for tightness in my chest, it took the medical tech 5 tries before he was able to get an accurate reading. The tech must have apologized 4 or 5 times. What's up with that 'Yale New Haven Health?' Where's the funding?? When the PA came in the first thing he did was check my heart both front and back. He informed my wife and I that the next step should be a chest xray. BUT that individual was not working that day because it was New Year's Eve. The flu was running rampant and you don't have an x-ray tech working??!! He also

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They told me at the front desk that my appointment time may be delayed, but it was only a 5 minute delay which is nothing! The CNA was so sweet and caring and the provider was as well. I didn't feel rushed at all, they both really took their time with me.
