Great experience getting fitted for Sound Gear Phantom noise protection. Fitting was quick, turn around time was less than a week, and Elizabeth was super friendly and knowledgable getting me set up to use them. Clay shooting is now so much more comfortable! - Highly Reccomend.

Today was my first visit to see Frank Scarfi of Quality Hearing Aid Center. Frank is a caring, intelligent and thorough hearing specialist. His life long knowledge in the field and latest technology are very impressive and reassuring. He did a thorough check up, some cleaning, inspected and adjusted my Phonak hearing aids and informed me about the latest hearing aid technologies. He took his time to make sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

First, Frank was recomended by someone who has worn hearing aids for a lifetime, is a customer, and was very happy to share his recomendation and experience. I was reticent to call as my first experience with an audiologist was less than disappointing. The office (location)is easy to find and the office itself is an absolute delight! Love the calming blue walls. Elizabeths directions were spot on. The office is warm and charming! Elizabth is a hoot and a super people person! Frank was very professional, answered all my questions, anticipated some questions i did not think of - a true adult discussion! The test was thourough, results explained, options and discussion ensued. I will be back to the office in about 2 weeks to move into a new world of hearing better than my current strugles.

The staff Quality Hearing Aid Center were very helpful in purchasing my hearing aids. They first tested my hearing and showed me where I needed help. I was given a pair to test for two weeks. After seeing the difference I decided it was worth the difference in hearing to make the purchase. They explained everything I need to know about use and care of ear plugs.
