Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care Bristol

All of the staff were especially professional and very caring. Amanda was my PA and she totally made me feel at ease. She took everything a step further by ordering more tests and did prescribe a medication for pain from my four broken ribs. I would highly recommend this urgent care/ wait time was minimal!

I had a fantastic experience with YNH! I made an appointment to be seen for a sinus infection- I was in and out in 15 minutes because I was able to do all the paperwork and add all of my information online. Everyone I saw was friendly, quick, and professional and I got the prescription I needed in no time. Very happy with how smoothly my appointment went- highly recommended!

Would never consider this location for care again. The “doctor” submitted a prescription and walked in with paperwork for us to leave without any intention of checking us. I had to request he check my lungs and ears. To boot, our appointments were pointless. We sat waiting in the room for nearly and hour to not be asked any questions, have tamiflu pushed on us and to deal with a dismissive “doctor.”

I came here to get a flu test and everything was fast and efficient. I waited in the waiting room for less th an five minutes after making an appointment online. I was flu tested right away and got the prescription I needed. Highly recommend for speed, precision and bedside manner

Very professional staff, very polite and calm atmosphere. I was greeted and given medical attention in a very timely manner and the medical staff did an excellent job addressing my symptoms and diagnosing my concern. The visit was quick and I was able to get the proper medication in a timely manner as well which has helped tremendously through my recovery. Highly recommend the Bristol location for most urgent non life threatening medical needs.
