Always pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Dr H is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. She always gives a detailed description of what she is doing and she never pressures to have extra work done.

Everyone in this office was exceptionally polite, kind, and helpful. The dentist took her time to explain everything in detail and answered my myriad of questions. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Great experience at Collins Road Dentistry. It had been years since I saw a dentist because of anxiety but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Huang. She took her time with me and talked me through any issues, solutions and preventative measures. Her way of communicating was so comforting, like you were speaking to a friend vs a doctor. I was definitely pleasantly surprised with my after visit goodie bag as well :) Looking forward to bringing my family here in the future.

Terrible experiences. You arrive on time or early and will wait 15-20 after your scheduled appointment for them to take you. You do NOT know who is going to be working on your teeth. The hygienist is condescending when you question what they are doing. I was very uncomfortable with the person and asked to see the dentist. I waited well over ten minutes and then went to the reception desk and told them I was leaving. The doctor finally comes out! This was not the first time experiencing how they treated me today but it is the last!
