Yale New Haven Health Park Avenue Medical Center

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Yale Children’s Center in Trumbull. My daughter had to get her blood drawn for the first time, and she was extremely nervous. The staff was incredibly patient, never once making us feel rushed or frustrated. They took their time, ensuring she felt as comfortable as possible. When she became very emotional, they even brought in someone to help calm her down, which made a huge difference. Their kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. If your child ever needs blood work done, I highly recommend this facility!

We've had a few visits to this facility and every visit has been exceptional. The nurses are simply amazing, I don't know how they do it. They are always over the top professional and amazingly compassionate. The location is fantastic - easy to get there for people in the Fairfield/Trumbull area. Every time I visit I leaving feeling I've been in a place where good things happen.

I love going to Yale’s newer building in Trumbull. It’s right down the street from my home which is very convenient. The building itself is always very clean, and the staff at the front desk are always helpful and pleasant. I see David McLean for acupuncture and cupping at the Internal Medical office. He is such an amazing practitioner. He not only is very skilled in his profession, he also is a very caring and compassionate person. I always feel heard and safe in his care.

I can't say enough good things about the outpatient ambulatory surgery clinic. I was really nervous for my procedure and everyone was so kind and understanding from the moment I walked in. I really felt that not only was I getting the best care, there was real concern for me as a person. I didn't feel at all like a nameless patient. The facility itself of course was very nice, but the staff is what really made the difference.
