As someone who doesn’t enjoy the dentist out of fear and discomfort— I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment I received. By far the best experience I’ve had. The staff entirely was such a delight and a pleasure to be with. My appointment was the last of the day, and I was never once rushed out. My hygienist (the whole staff as well) stayed late that day on her birthday to make sure I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. Dr. Safi was also extremely kind, and very patient. The service done by the Mondovi Trumbull team is incomparable. Thank you so much!

I had to make an appointment for a dental pain issue. I was not able to get in for days. I have a demanding job with typical M-F hours and it’s always impossible getting an appoint for regular cleanings. This last issue was the last straw. I had my hand on the door to go in for my appointment 15m early and they call me to cancel the appointment. I had to leave work the middle of the day to be there at noon. I understand that Drs get sick too, I really do. But the part that ticked me off is that the receptionist said “I’ve tried to call you multiple times” which was an absolute lie. I’m in pain, got off work to do this and then get lied to like I’m the problem. The week before I received texts and calls confirming the appointment. Those are the only calls that I have from them. I’ve been going to Mondovi Dental for years and can’t recommend them enough! The entire team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. They take the time to explain everything clearly and always make sure you’re comfortable during procedures. The office is clean, modern, and well-run. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved, I always feel like I’m in great hands.

Always a great experience. The staff is always welcoming and Laura goes above and beyond for my kids. They always explain everything before doing it and make sure we have discussed all options. The best way to explain how great they are is that my 9 year old looks forward to her cleaning visits even after multiple fillings.

I trust the staff to make me comfortable and to handle my procedures with a pleasant proffesionalism. You can tell when you are there, they really do care about you as a patient. Thats a very important part of all of it for me, the entite staff goes above and beyond every time. Highly reccomend
